React can't access public folder

Please give a brief summary of your issue:
Cannot GET /ui/index.html

Please describe your issue and provide steps to reproduce it:
I’m working with React router and webpack, and I can’t find a way for /ui/index.html to be found. I can access it when copy public folder content to build, but router redirect /ui/index.html to my default route.
