This is likely due to your firewall or networking configuration.
Please include both server urls
pws-collect.apryse.com:443 (HTTPS)
and
pws-backup.pdftron.com:443 (HTTPS)
in the white list of your firewall configuration.
After contacting your network administrator, if this is not possible to configure your firewall this way you can contact sales (Contact Sales | Apryse) for a custom license.
