How to add image in footer as a logo using C#?

We are not able to add image in the footer as a logo, we are providing the image path as network share path? we are keeping to sharepath in img src tag of html. When we are taking the html and run in the browser we are able to see the image but not able to see the image in the pdffile once the file is generated.
Any help appreciated.
