DOCPUB HTML conversion - introduces special character "�" instead of actual character

Hi,

for example lets consider this text

“absolute maintenance services pte ltd.” - HTML converted result -
“a” is replaced with “�”

�

it happens on few characters

Please advise us on how to fix this issue.

We are using following docpub version:

./docpub64 --version

PDFTron DocPub utility 6.5131640.
