PDFTron embeds resources into PDF, which makes PDF more heavyweight and prevents us from changing resources easily.
However, as Indesign manages resources by linking files outside of the file, which is more convenient for us, I assume that there might be a convenient way to manage resources with PDFTron.
So, is it possible to import PDF, EPS, or PS to PDF?
In other words, can I directly insert PDF, EPS, or PS into PDF rather than importing pages and overlaying one another?

What kind of resources do you mean? If you mean font resources, then you can keep these outside the PDF file. The KB post at https://groups.google.com/d/msg/pdfnet-sdk/7Htu72cLdsI/k5XXD1hie00J provides some background. You can keep fonts outside the document. To remove fonts from the document, please see https://groups.google.com/d/msg/pdfnet-sdk/KX5ZPj1xxgI/O4xg7wUStdUJ.
If you are not talking about font resources, then it sounds like you are only asking about attaching PDF, EPS, or PS into a PDF. You can find advice for that scenario at https://groups.google.com/d/msg/pdfnet-sdk/Oz6O5WdS9wo/m_510dvJN00J.
