Annotations strange behaviour when selected on portrait pdf files in version iOS 7.0.2

When you create and select an annotation on a pdf file (see attached file), the annotations have a strange behaviour and are moved during selection.

I get this behaviour on large pdf files that are in portrait mode or that have been rotated.

To reproduce this, I am using PDFNet iOS latest 7.0.2 version and in the Sample / Complete Reader Swift / import attached pdf file.

Could you please correct this bug ?
