when rendering a PDF digitally Signed document, PDFNet seem to invalidate the digital signature (in certificate is invalid). Could the Watermark for the Demo version be the problem? Is there a way to verify, if this is the case, since for us the PDF Digital signature is important workflow and also criteria to use the library for it.

We support all revisions of the PDF standard ensuring that the library will work with different documents you come across. If a PDF is altered, then it should invalidate the signature, so re-saving the PDF with a watermark will invalidate the signature. Opening the document does not alter the original file, so this process should not invalidate the file on disk.

Yes, forms are supported in the mobile version. If you run the included sample app, you will see that you can fill forms and save them to disk.
