Thank you for contacting us about this. Just to get a better understanding of the issue, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error message you are getting?

It appears that there might be an issue with the license key you are passing to the PDFNet.initialize() call. Could you please provide it to support@pdftron.com Please do not post the key here in the public forum.

Sorry for the delay. But the key we are using is a Corp Country Pack which is valid until May 13,2023 with remaining 366 Days of Support ad the Status Valid.
