Tool bar frame changes when we select any image attachment

Product: PDFTron, PDFNet

Product Version: 9.3.1

Please give a brief summary of your issue:

when we open an image file and click on any tool then toolbar shifted downwards as shown in screenshot, but in case of simulator it is working fine, and when we rotate our device then it start working normal

so is there any way to update frames/constrains of toolbar.

Note:- second image is of simulator(working fine in this )
