At the moment we do not offer PDF to Excel converter. But to step back, what are you trying to accomplish?
Going from generic PDF to Excel sounds like a really bad idea because most PDFs don’t have tabular data.
If your goal is to extract tabular data from PDF you may want to take a look at PDFGenie (https://www.pdftron.com/pdfgenie).

The same technology is also available as part of PDFNet SDK, but the command-line tool may be a good starting spot.
