I need to draw a Line annotation with one side fill and no fill at other side as shown below. I couldn’t find any API to achieve this. Is it possible to implement this behavior?

Its possible to add a custom appearance to an annotation to get exactly the visual appearance you need for your line annotation. To do so, you can refer to the below post:
