Issue while converting ANSI text file to PDF

ANSI text to PDF conversion failed

Please describe your issue and provide steps to reproduce it:
I am converting text to pdf using PDFTron and input file is ANSI text file which contains special characters. The file is not processed even after converting UTF8 and UTF16. It is only processed in UTF32 format.

Could you please provide an example input file, and also provide a screenshot showing what you expect the output to look like.

File cannot be shared as it is critical. This issue can be closed, if needed, I will open a separate case once file is available.
