How to find missing images (ps/eps format) in a PDF file using PDFNet?

Hi,
Is there a way to find missing images (appearing as graybox) in a PDF file?
This PDF is prepared from a FrameMaker file, and has many ps/eps format images linked to it.
When the path from server is broken, images appears as graybox. I need to get a list of all such images.
Any help is appreciated.

How are the missing images stored in your PDF (annotations, OPI, ...)?
Depending on how the info is stored in PDF you would use different API
methods.
