1. How do you set bold to a Text Element.
PDF format does not support bold/italic/etc font styles. To use a bold
font you need to embed a bold version of font (e.g. TimesBold.ttf
instead of TimesRegular.ttf, etc).
It is also possible to simulate bold style by stroking the text,
however the end result is usually hard to read.
Also if you don't have a bold version of the font, you may want to let
the viewing application to choose a similar looking font.
