This is the issue facing right now while creating the build in android
Could not HEAD ‘https://pdftron-maven.s3.amazonaws.com/release/com/google/firebase/firebase-bom/28.4.0/firebase-bom-28.4.0.pom’. Received status code 403 from server: Forbidden
