Is it possible to do freehand drawings (or annotations) in a PDF with PDFNet Mobile SDK for Android?

Yes, freehand drawing is supported out of box. If you download our SDK (http://www.pdftron.com/pdfnet/mobile/request_trial.html), you will be able to use/test this feature with the provided sample app.
If required, you can also integrate PDFNet with third party (or your own) digital signature frameworks and workflows.
