Customising header in React Native

Hi, I want to add a custom button in the header similar to instance.setHeaderItems from the webviewer documentation

eg :

currently, I am adding an overlay to the viewer but don’t know to place the button relative to the other icons in the toolbar. Is there an API to set custom header icons, preferably for save in React Native?
If not, any other suggestions for the same?
