Hello,

It seems there may have been a conversion issue of the XLSX for viewing. I suspect there may be some security options set on the XLSX. WebViewer does not support encrypted Office documents so you will have to open the document and click the editing/security tooltip button at the top to enable editing. After that, save the document and try again.

 i am getting some conversion error on console like below

so its about conversion issue from pdftron library

Hello

WebViewer will convert Office documents to PDF for viewing purposes so this is expected. In which case, either the file is corrupt or there is security encryption applied on the document that you have to remove.
