Callout text Disappeared

Hi Team,

I am trying to insert a callout annotation via PDFXchange app and from PDFTron webviewer I am trying to print that document, or modify the existing document by inserting new annotations. In both cases, the text inside callout tool is disappeared. Please help me on this.

Note: When I just preview without printing or editing, I could able to view the callout annotation with text.

Hi Gowtham,

Would you be able to share an example PDF file that you’ve created using PDFXchange that includes a callout and then the callout text isn’t visible in WebViewer? Once we have this we’ll be able to investigate further.
