404 Not found after changing cache location

Installed latest web viewer server ( in C: drive) and changed the cache location to be in D: drive. The files are fetched in the cache location inside the D: drive, but the viewer can not find it to display the document.

Hi Spoudel,

Please refer to this guide for changing the internal cache location. You may have skipped the step which requires changing of the server.xml when using Windows.

That fixed the issue. I had not updated the server.xml file with the internal cache location. Thanks a lot.
